"Before arriving, we had a bad day. Our flights were delayed, had to wait in line for rental car, etc. When we arrived at the hotel, here comes this cheerful girl, Terry. She greeted us with a huge smile and explained the parking. Got us help with the bags, and explained everything about the hotel. Terry promised us we would have a wonderful stay. We checked in with more smiles from behind the desk, and reassured help was there for anything we needed. Room was spacious, clean, and super comfortable. The next morning, the gym was perfect. We got coffee at the coffee shop, and greeted again with nothing but kindness. The coffee was the best, and they remember our order the next day! The room was a little pricey, but WoW, the customer service was way worth it. What a wonderful staff!!!"
