Northwest Oklahoma City, Oklahoma hotel rooms at the Best Western

"The breakfast was same old and unattended. No hot water. Coffee undrinkable and forgettable The phone rang off the hook at the reception desk and no one to provide a key to enter the restroom off the lobby. Whoever was suppose to be attending guests, was not. "

"Hotel was dated. Seemed fairly clean but wallpaper was peeling, stained carpet etc. Also, parking was $34!!! "

"Breakfast was wonderful. The staff made sure everything was filled and was very friendly! The room, though it could use some fixing up in the bathroom was clean and the staff kept me with clean towels!! Everything was very nice and definitely worth the money! See you next trip!"

"Had to pay for parking when its not listed anywhere. Room was clean. Just not the room I reserved. To crowded to eat breakfast. One of the elevators didnt work. "
