"Firstly, over the last two years we have stayed at this hotel many times. The staff, the rooms, the cleanliness of the hotel have always been top notch. Secondly, if there were any concerns about staying at this hotel it would not be due to hotel staff. However, the number of homeless people located closely to the hotel has increased greatly in the last year or so. My significant other wants to consider staying else where next time due to possible auto break in or perhaps personal injury to ourselves. Please understand…the hotel and staff are excellent. Its the part of town where this hotel is located is the concern."

"Staff was great, breakfast good, and overall a nice property. Our particular room was fine except the shower grout was moldy. Access to the hotel wasn't great from the south or the west. No issues finding parking the 3 nights we stayed."
