The only downside was that they only have a continental breakfast. However it was plentiful, with lots of options. The customer service from Catherine via text was friendly, efficient...

“The owners/hosts were so pleasant to interact with, and were extremely helpful when we came back sick from the amusement park (even suggesting we write a poor review for the theme park)! The room was quaint and clean, and the breakfasts were also amazing - it was my first time trying a full English breakfast, and the hostess was such a sweet lady! I made a reservation because I liked the review and it was a very small hotel, but it was much cleaner and better than I expected because it was upgraded. I'd like to visit again if I have a chance.
