"Food was cold, pool was dirty/gross (and that was before someone threw up in it). Our room was not ready at check in and we waited approximately 40 min for it. Side door to building only worked with our key card half the time. Stairwells smelled like covered up cigarette smoke. "

"Breakfast was standard. Hot and cold options. The hotel itself looks much better inside than outside. Room was very clean. The remote didn't work for the TV but the bed was cozy and I was tired so it didn't matter. Good water pressure in the shower and the water was hot. Overall I had a good experience."

"Didn't pay $16 pp for breakfast, NO HOT WATER!!!!, cold shower, there were not any non diet drinks other then alcoholic. 16yr old kid couldn't buy anything to drink. Pool was closed by Health department. Shrubbery outside was on fire."

"I have to rate this a 3 as a blend of 1s and 5s 5 - great location, close to Mega Caverns and Zoo 1 - No one checks you in or makes breakfast - you make your own breakfast 1 or 5 - it is very old. That can be cool/interesting, or can be annoying. For example, the bathtub was in a hole and you could not stand up in it 5 - Beds were super comfortable! 1 - Dust mites ate my son alive in his bed, causing welts 5 - They gave our son his own room as compensation 1 - I had to guilt them into that 3 - Breakfast items were meh 5 - they had milk, eggs, pancake mix and lots of cooking utensils in a huge kitchen 1 - rating myself for being too lazy to do the cooking 5- the grounds were very nice 1 - the exterior light right outside our room went off and on all night, keeping us up "
