"A couple of things, I was in one of the top rooms via the outside staircase (Castle Museum), the wooden decking used for the stairs was very slippery when it rained, the top few steps were loose and were difficult to stay steady when walking down, especially with bags and no free hands to hold onto ..."

"We came to stay one night . Was put in an attic room 506 - Yes it was hot day , They should not let the attic rooms out on days with such heat !!! All night the room was 32-32 degrees Casement window open only 2 inches , Do no heat could escape the fan just moved heat around , Was going to sleep ..."
