"In general terms the pousada is good. Our bedroom was in a 3rd floor and no elevator so the luggage was a thing. The bedroom was a bit outdated, no place to put luggage and open them more than over the bed. Bathroom was fine, a bit tinny and toiletries were missed some days after cleaning and we had to go and ask for them. "Such a gorgeous, charming and unique hotel! We loved every aspect of our stay, the property is splendid and the staff is lovely!"

"Property and location good, staff were polite and friendly, a couple of things I think could be improved on lighting in the room very poor only one small ceiling light with one switch by the door and the bed, maybe we we’re unlucky but our bed was rock hard and creaked like an old car whenever you moved."

"Esta foi a segunda vez que ficamos hospedado no mesmo hotel, no mesmo periodo. Registro aqui alguns pontos observados durante nossa estadia, com o objetivo de contribuir. No 2° dia, solicitamos a recepção a troca de toalhas e a plaqueta de aviso do quarto. Fomos informados de que a plaqueta estavam sendo confeccionada e que o pedido seria repassado. Após mais de quatro horas sem retorno, solicitamos ajuda a uma camareira, que de forma muito atenciosa e gentil conseguiu nos auxiliar...
