"Terrible experience. Rude and unhelpful staff, endless rules, and unfair charges. We had to clean the apartment ourselves, throw out our garbage, and still pay €60 for cleaning. They demanded a €300 deposit, embarrassed us in front of guests over a partial tax payment, and the checkout employee even refused to help me carry my heavy suitcase despite my back condition. Zero hospitality, just stress. Avoid this place at all costs."

"It's my second time staying here A few notes to improve The path walking to the old town needs some serious lightning at night. I understand it's not part of the property but the hotel should work with the city to put some lighting at night. It can get very sketchy coming back at night. If I'm ordering food in the outside area, don't make the customer go inside to pay, I'm paying a premium for this service. It's called dine in for a reason. The jacuzzi wasn't warm Everything else was great, breakfast was amazing, the pool and the room was spacious. "

The hosts and staff were incredibly warm, welcoming, and genuinely hospitable. If we needed anything, they were always ready to help right away, with a smile. You can really feel how much love and care they put into making everything perfect. Great music by the pool, peaceful atmosphere, and overall just a fantastic experience.
