호텔의 격이 낮아요
시설이 오래되어 낡았어요. 가족이 엘리베이터에 10여분간 갇혔어요. 매우 놀라고 충격이었는데 그 이후의 호텔 대응이 엉터리였어요. 미안하다고 사과를 받긴 했지만 위로가 되지 못했어요. 5성급 호텔로서 있을수 없는 일이 벌어진 것괴 그에 대한 고객 응대 방식이 너무 저질이었습니다.

Top quality facilities and services but very quiet
Very nice and well maintained hotel. Unlike other international chain hotels, it is relatively less known and hence very quiet and peaceful but top quality facilities and services. Only complains are small TV and weak wifi recpetion in some areas but no big deals.

비치와 연결된 발리 같은 호텔
투숙객이동양인보다는서양인이더많았음.동양인은대부분중국인이었음.조식은빵의종류가많았으며대체적으로서양인의입맛에맞춘듯했음.호텔비치가바로옆에있었으나해수욕을할정도의수질은되지않았고대부분의사람들이일광욕만함.발리의정취를느끼고싶고외국에나와있다는느낌이드는곳을찾는다면추천.

수영장이 매우 인상깊은 고전적인 호텔
수영장은 2m이상이라서 아이들과 어른들 노는 풀이 따로 있어서 한적하고 좋았다. 객실은 3층에서 1층으로 바꿔주어서 만족스러웠다. 그리고 객실내부는 좀 오래됫다.(침대는 작아 가족3명이서 쓰기에는 어려움). 음식은 아침식사 종류는 많지는 않지만 전반적으로 맜이 있었다. 호탤 서비스와 관리가 좋았고. 발리컬렉션과도 가까웠다.

적극권장합니다...후회하지않을 겁니다.
manager는 매우친절하였고 문제가 발생시에 신속하게 해결해주었음. 약간 오래된 건축물이라서 객실의 설치물들에서 약간의 오래된내음이 풍기기도하였으나(젊은이들은 이런내음을 혹시 싫어할수도..) 호텔내의 정원, 풍광을 생각하면 사소한 불편했던것들을 압도하기에 충분하였음. 매일 청결한 실내청소 타월, 생수등...필요물품등등은 충분히 공급해주었고...아침식사도 좋았음. 모든 직원들이 친절하게해주려고 노력하는 느낌을 많이 받았음...결과적으로 이곳의 3박에 매우 만족하였음..

Magnificent Bali Hotel
Second time at the Nusa Dua Beach Resort. This is the most Bali like hotel in Bali. The architecture is magnificent. The people at the Club lounge are very welcoming and helpful, especially the assistant manager, Mr. Sadyana.

다소 오래 된 리조트이기는 하지만 깨끗하게 수리도 되어 있고 방이 넓어 좋았음 다만 옆에 웨스틴이나 다른 리조트를 가보니 시설이 많이 낙후 된 것이 비교 되기는 했음

약간 노후된 시설, 그러나 친절함과 훌륭한 식당의 음식들이 충분히 상쇄하고 남음
전반적으로 호텔의 서비스는 상당히 맘에 듭니다. 특히 클럽 스위트룸은 전용 로비가 따로 있어서 아주 편안했고, 뭔가 대접을 받는 느낌이있습니다. 호텔 내의 부속 식당들은 하나같이 요리들이 아주 훌륭했습니다. 호텔 식당치고는 가격이 아주 비싸지도 않구요. 투숙했던 방의 단점을 몇가지 들면, 시설이 노후해서 에어컨 소음이 제법 있었습니다. 저는 귀마개가 필요했습니다만 다른 가족들은 신경안쓰고 잘 자더군요 ㅠㅠ. 커피는 네스프레소가 설치되어 있고 무료 생수는 거의 무한정 공급이 되어서 별도로 물을 살 필요가 전혀 없을 정도였습니다. 다만, 무료로 제공되는 과일에는 개미의 습격이 있어서 전혀 손을 댈 수 없었다는 점이 조금 아쉽네요. 마지막날 비행기 출발시간이 밤 12시였는데, 비수기라서 그런지 체크아웃 시간을 오후 5시로 늦춰준 것은 그야말로 최고의 서비스였습니다.

호텔은 오래된 호텔로 건축양식은 다른 호텔들에 비해 전통적인 양식이라 마음에 들었음. 방도 그런 스탕일의 내부인테리어로 꾸며져 발리에 온 기분을 더했음, 그러나 에어콘의 냉방 및 습기제거 기능이 강하지 않은 것이 흠이었음. 또한 밖에 테라스에는 의자가 두개 있었으나 방 내부에는 의자가 하나 뿐이어서 조금 불편했음. 아침 조식은 정원으로 개방된 식당에 앉아 멋진 조경을 감상하면서 할 수 있어서 좋았고 음식의 질도 훌륭했음. 전반적으로 만족스러운 호텔이었고 다음에 또 투숙할 의향이 있음.

별도의 해변과 넓은 수영장을 갖추고 있습니다. 리조트형 호텔로서 다양한 레스토랑과 부대시설을 호텔 내부 갖추고 있어서 편리했습니다. 내부 레스토랑에서 식사를 하고 가벼운 음료를 즐기며 바닷가 산책까지 할 수 있어서 낭만적인 시간을 보낼 수 있었습니다. 수영장도 넓고 다양하게 구성돼 있고, 어린이 놀이공간에 스파까지 있어서 아이와 부모님과 함께 머물러도 좋을 것 같습니다. It has a separate beach and a large swimming pool. And this a resort-style hotel has a variety of restaurants inside. You can enjoy a meal and soft drinks in the restaurant and then you can be able to spend a romantic time to walk to the beach. Swimming pool is consist of variously, and It have children's play area, spa system. So, this hotel is good place to stay with kids and parents.

세명 예약하고 엑스트라 베드를 신청해서 방 하나에 싱글 세개가 있을 줄 알았는데 아예 방을 두개로 나눠주셨더라구요. 덕분에 편하게 쉬다 올 수 있었어요!! 밥을 먹거나 시내로 나가려면 차를 타야 하지만 셔틀이나 픽업 서비스가 잘 되어 있어서 큰 불편함은 없었어^ ^

편안한 휴식을 즐길 수 있는 곳.
월드 체인이 아닌 현지의 리조트나 호텔은 처음으로 묵었습니다. 지은지 오래되었다고 하는데 리모델링 한지 얼마되지 않아 룸의 상태는 쾌적하고 좋았습니다. 물론 정문으로 들어오면 마주하게 되는 정원에 수령이 있어 보이는 나무들과 그 나라만의 특색인 돌탑인지, 문을 의미하는 석탑인지 모를 조형물도 인상적이었습니다. 무엇보다 프라이빗 비치와 수영장이 마주하고 있어 모두 이용할 수 있다는 점도 좋았습니다. 엘리베이터 하나가 이상하리만큼 늦게 열리는 것 조차도 여행지에서의 재미있는 일화로 느껴질 정도로요.

아내와 함께 2박을 했습니다. 리죠트풍의 호텔로 나무랄데 없는 시설과 특히 수영장은 정말 좋아요 해변과 가까워 수영장에서 수영하다가 바다가로 나갈 수도 있고요 스파 맛사지도 추천합니다. 왠만한 인근 중 대형 식당에서는 픽업&드랍서비스를 하니까 이용하시면 되고요 호텔택시는 조금 비싸요 아침부페는 그냥 먹을만 합니다. 가격대비 정말 좋은 호텔입니다.

An amazing resort for those who want to take advantage of the spa, get a taste of the local Balinese culture, and enjoy the serenity of the sandy beach and pools. The staff were all incredibly friendly and always extremely helpful. Very quiet with great dining options on site and nearby.

Very close to the beach, choice of excellent restaurants, staff friendly and joyful. Modern resort style; if you are looking for a traditional Balinese bungalow experience then this is not for you.
