There was no one ever at the lobby, the wifi was temperamental, the free transfers to the local areas and Local beaches and Buffett breakfast that was advertised Was not an option. There was no hot water or tv in the first room that we were in and when we were moved to another room we had no wifi and the pool was cloudy. When trying to contact the lobby via phone no one would answer. The rooms all need to be renovated as there is massive cracks & peeling paint On the walls, the drains in the shower are broken, the sink leaks, toilet seats are broken, calcium build up on shower and sink. The view was beautiful.

Do not book this property !!! I booked for 10 nights and paid straight away. On the day I was arriving I tried contacting the property for a shuttle pick up. The person who answered the phone kept hanging up and didn’t speak English. I arrived at 630 pm at the property by taxi. The property looked dodgy with two people standing in the front. I asked them whether we’re checking in or not and they just stood there not giving any info. The called the “owner” and she said there are no rooms. The guy was looking at a paper and I saw my name on it saying no rooms. I then asked if they knew anywhere we could stay and they just said no...also the property is down a very dodgy looking area so I would suggest not to book here! so we were practically stranded. We eventually found a new hotel for two nights and thankfully Expedia helped us find a hotel for the rest of the days. Expedia took a while to sort out the issue and I had to keep calling them back for an update however one lady from Expedia based in the US finally was able to Book us for the rest of the days... so that was a bad start to our trip!!!

Horrible horrible horrible!!

It was terrible.. the villas are not well kept at all. Cleanliness is non existent. Breakfast is cold and horrible, no butter with the cold toast or any black tea. Pool is dirty even after cleaning. Worst experience ever. Do not even think about staying there, and if you ever have to it better be your last option.

In the middle of know where

Hotel clean, however, when you ask the staff anything to do with the brocher and what is advertised there answer to anything is I don’t understand I don’t speak English. It also took 3 days to fix shower had to complain several times before they would do anything. Hotel has no close amenities and the closest decent supermarket is a good 20 min walk. There is no facilities on site despite advertising a Spa and a comunial swimming pool mentioned in the in room brocher. You need to hire a car or use the local taxi firm to get around.

Difficult to find the location.Located some where inside the resdential area.It took us 2.30hrs to find the location from Airport.Contact phone given on website and booking also not working.Aircon not working , no security guard, no tecnician to solve aircon problem, no towels & soap in the bathrooms. Not available untill 10 am on next day. We decided to cancel the stay and moved to other hotel. In Brekfast not much options. Cleanliness very bad.Will never recommend this Villas to any one to book.

the condition of of the villa is not as what is seen in the picture. villa was inconvenient. we drive ourselve to the villa following the route via GPS. However it brings us via a scary rocky unstable construction side!! and when we took another alternative way to the villa. road is quiet and feel unsafe. one room villa DOES NOT HAVE KITCHEN. they staff said they only have one villa with kitchen for one bedroom. but pool is not working. so we end up paying for 2bedroom villa. if you are staying in this villa, do expect some 'visitor' in your villa. we had lizards, cockroach, grasshoppers, dragonfly and caught one scorpion in our toilet. it is expected as our surrounding is construction side, trees and bushes.

因訂房一間線上刷卡，其他3間到店付款，其中取消一間。卻要求全部要付款，經溝通雖只收3間費用，但讓我們感受度不好。 飯店偏僻難找，附近沒有可逛，泳池燈全壞， 只適合想去與世隔絕的旅客。

My pre-honeymoon in Bali

It was a nice 4 days stay in this hotel. The surrounding is very peaceful and I enjoyed the tranquility of the night in the private pool !! The room is very spacious and clean.

Happy and value for money

I enjoy the stay with my family a lot at this place. The staff gave us a wonderful surprise with a cake for celebrating a joyous birthday with my mother. The hotel staff were attentive and helpful. Continue the good service!

Las villas son bellisimas. Tienen una vista increible al mar. El personal q tienen solo se puede describir como balines, se desviven por atenterte y que estes comodo y disfrutando de su cultura y su Pais El desayuno deberian mejorarlo un poco. Y a pesar q esta bien señalado el camino de como llegar a las villas. Esta un poco retirado y los taxistas no saben llegar. Necesitas mapa De resto EXCELENTE ELECCION!!!!!!

Location is terrible no taxi driver knew how to get there we had to use our Google maps, there's nothing to do around waking distance, the room is ok, somehow clean for the price. Staff is very friendly but I won't stay here again

they have such fantastic service! it is like their company culture to have excellent service ...the breakfast is served to u personally to ur doorstep ..the private villa pool view was breathtaking ...i rarely give reviews but this is one that i must say is astonishing

Bali's Paradise Loft

Heaven Hills Villa's now known as Paradise Loft, it's approximately 30/40 minutes from the airport.The accommodation is clean & well maintained, not suitable for travelers looking for raging night life, more for couples, honeymooners and for peace & tranquility. They offer half board which is a very limited selection but make sure that you advise reception or your likely to be forgotten and go hungry and there is not an eatery on hand.We had the 1 bedroom villa and the air con. is in the bedroom it felt like it was 1/2 hp and struggled to cool both rooms, it would be great if they provided a kettle & microwave it would be a big plus for the villa's. A few faults that can be easily rectified.
