"A comfortable, reasonably clean but reasonably priced boutique hotel situated about 1 kilometer from the beach. Staff are great,good breakfast. Can hire scooters on site and airport transfers are catered for.The only thing we would say is a few things are getting a bit tired, a bit of upkeep required here and there.Our bedroom pillows needed airing(read replacing) or something as they were covered in mould spores under the pillow cases."

"The overall experience was OK, but there were several elements missing and some miscommunications that ended up affecting our stay. Now, I know that this is out of the control of the hotel, but there are frequent power cuts in Kuta Lombok and this led to very very annoying Wifi drops, as well as shutdown of the air conditioning in the room. Wij hebben 8 nachten verbleven in The Jiwa en hadden de eerste 4 dagen veel op de planning staan buiten de deur. De laatste 4 dagen hebben we vooral ons zelf vermaakt in The Jiwa.
