"This could be something so special. The location itself is amazing and the accommodation for ‘camping’ is incredible. The service wasn’t great however. As kind as everyone was the timings were very off. Being told we needed to be ready for breakfast at 8 and not being served till 9.30. The same for dinner. "spotless rooms, comfortable bed, really helpful and friendly staff with good breakfasts. be aware the hotel is at the top of quite a steep hill, we enjoyed the walking but maybe consider using a tuktuk if you're not a fan! overall this was probably the best hotel we stayed at in Sri Lanka"

"The Staff were extremely helpful. We got a pot of coffee and tea upon our arrival. The staff also gave us two umbrellas in case we go out in the city and it starts raining. On the day of the checkout, we requested some to-go breakfast and they happily complied. They packed us extra pair of sandwich and a cup full of fruits and some whole fruits as well.
