"Excellent hotel for a family trip. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. Check-in was quick and easy, and the staff made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The indoor pool was a nice bonus and kept the kids entertained. The beds were comfortable, and everything in the room worked perfectly. The hotel was quiet at night, allowing us to get a good night’s sleep. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we would gladly stay here again."

"This hotel should not be operating in its current condition. The issue was not with the staff, who were polite, but with the state of the property itself and the apparent lack of ownership or management. The hotel felt neglected, poorly maintained, and unsafe. My first room was not properly cleaned or vacuumed. Several lamps were not working, and there were insects in the room. After I requested to be moved, I was assigned a second room, where I found visible mold on the curtains. The air in both rooms felt dirty, humid, and unhealthy. The gym had a notice posted regarding hazardous and unhealthy conditions, which was alarming. To make matters worse, it is nearly impossible to contact the hotel. None of the phone numbers appeared to work, and there was no reliable way to reach management for assistance. The overall property gave the impression of being abandoned and lacking proper oversight. I was so uncomfortable with the conditions that I left shortly after being moved to the second room and booked another hotel. Expedia and travelers should seriously reconsider listing this property until significant improvements are made and proper management is put in place. I would not recommend staying here under any circumstances."

"Complementary breakfast only if added to your stay and it only is for 2 people. Elevator is a bit slow but it gets you to your room. Older TV does not connect to your phone but to kill time it's usable I enjoyed 3 movies basic cable I believe. Food is decent had breakfast and dinner there on my 1st day. Staff is polite and very helpful. Plenty of soap shampoo and conditioner provided not those tiny soaps you usually get vert grateful. Air conditioner is not so cold at night im use to a cold room so had trouble sleeping on 1st day. Housekeeping is great 👍. If you choose stairs beware they a bit creepy 😆. Lights are sensor so they turn on while you walk 🚶♀️ and behind you they turn off. Phone is provided in room if needed. Beds are comfortable. For my stay the hotel met my expectations. I would come again. There's a pool and a small gym I didn't have time to try but all looks decent."

"Our air conditioning did not work at night. It got very hot in the room in the middle of the night. Also, the people staying a room next to us arrived to the room around 1:30am, and they decided to have very loud sex, shower and blow dry hair around 2:00. We had an awful night."
