Lovely hotel,great location

We had a great stay at the Paradise Hotel. We got a room with views of the gardens, some rooms overlook the other side with some horrible roofs of the adjacent buildings. The room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was served at the Pub next to hotel, a bar with a restauran5 upstairs/come breakfast room for the hotel. It has a lovely terrace where you can enjoy your breakfast which was not the best we have had in Myanmar with not many choices and bad coffee and bread. It would be good if they have a proper coffee machine like in the rest of hotels and would offer cappuccinos or lattes in addition to their filter coffee. Service was lovely and attentive. The spa was ok ad prices were not as expensive as in other hotel spas. The location is great as it is in a quite location away from the boat jetties (the boats are very noisy ) and away from a busy road. It is within walking distance from all the restaurants and the jetty.
