โA wonderful, small guesthouse in a very quiet yet convenient area of London. Short walk to the underground station in one direction and lovely parks in the other. Lekha is a perfect host and the breakfasts are excellent. Wonโt hesitate to return and recommend. โ
โThe staff is friendly and very helpful. The room was a good size and the bathroom was amazing with everything you would need. The property is in excellent condition and even though they were painting the hallway my room was in, it was never a nuissance. Housekeeping was impeccable. Iโll definitely come back again. โ

They donโt provide air conditioning service, but a fan ( + extra fan).
People were really kind, but the room was hot during my stay.โ

It was a fantastic time to stay in Hampstead with Oak & Poppy! The facilities are authentic and modern, with very quiet surroundings so we had a rest very well. We would definitely like to come back here for the next holiday.

โIt was perfect for one night stay. So close to the tube station. The room was clean and sufficient for our stay. The only thing is that it would not be suitable for anyone who has mobility issues. โ
โVery clean and close to the train station with many food options! The way to get in with the code and keys was very convenient. It was nice having a full kitchen and more private space than a hotel with many guests. โ
