On Friday night, we called the help desk 3 times requesting new towels for our room which never got delivered. We actually started joking about the situation after a few drinks but would have appreciated if the request was fulfilled. Good thing the room has a washer and dryer for us to use!!

"We enjoyed our stay in Redding at Oxford Suites but the suite room AC wasn’t working well enough for the large room. We would wake up very warm and it does get hot in the summers in Redding. Breakfast was decent but could do with some more options for yogurt and fresh fruit."
