"Great location, friendly staff, free mini bar in the room, free bike rental! Everything about the hotel was wonderful—clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. However, the bathroom layout in our room felt a bit awkward. The toilet is positioned right up against the sink counter, making it nearly impossible to stand up without hitting your face or head on the vanity edge. I’m not sure if this tight fit is specific to this particular room (314), but a bit more clearance would make a huge difference. Aside from that design hiccup, we enjoyed our stay!"

"Beautiful Location & Lovely Family Stay We had a lovely family stay at Hotel Berghof Amaranth. The location is absolutely beautiful, surrounded by stunning Swiss mountain scenery and it was a great base for exploring Interlaken and the surrounding areas. The hotel was peaceful and relaxing, our room was clean and comfortable, and the views were absolutely amazing. The staff were super helpful, friendly and welcoming and we enjoyed the breakfast, which had a good selection. The only downside was that the air conditioning wasn’t working during our stay, which made the room quite uncomfortable, particularly in the warmer weather. It would have made our stay much better if this had been working properly. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and made some wonderful family memories here. A beautiful, peaceful place to stay while exploring the Interlaken region. 🇨🇭 Thank uou again to the amazing staff for a wonderful experience."

"Great location, very close to the Mount First (walking distance). Also close to Jungfraujoch about 10 mnts drive. Best part was the staff and the shuttle service - very accommodating! Few times they came last night at midnight and early to pick us up, it was very helpful and saved us time and money. Also the inclusive breakfast was delicious. Excellent staff - always ready to help however late. Few tips if you plan to stay at this hotel: 1) they don’t have a/c but just fan so it can get hot at night, you can open the patio door at night if the temperature out is cooler 2) you can borrow converters for EUD 100 per night with no charge if returned 3) wake up calls don’t always work so don’t depend on it 4) they will send WhatsApp to reach out but are not responsive, so call if you need ride or something 5) walking back to hotel can be painful due to ramp 6) if you are taking train to Glendalewald, you need to switch the train at a junction if coming in - check before you ride"

"The location was perfect and very close to the train stations. The apartment was spacious, comfortable, and had all the amenities we needed. The staff was friendly and accommodating, which made our stay even more pleasant. Although the price was a little high, we had a great view from our room and really enjoyed our stay overall. We also appreciated being able to store our luggage, which was extremely helpful since hotel check-in and check-out times don’t always coincide with train schedules. There were plenty of restaurants and stores nearby, all within easy walking distance, which made the location very convenient. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay."

"Great location near the old town and in front of the water. The best part is that you can swim in the lake in front of the hotel. The hotel looks great but it feels to me some of the server lack training and perhaps the chain is getting bigger as it doesn’t feel special anymore. In other high end hotels the check in is special, here it feels like any other check in."
