"We had a wonderful time at the Hey Hotel! The property is well maintained with modern amenities. It is close to Interlaken West and has good bus connections. The breakfast is good although it can get very busy at times as the hotel is quite popular."

"- nicely renovated hotel - very convenient location walkable to train station, Chapel Bridge, boat pier and other landmarks. - appreciated the air conditioned rooms as we were there during all time high temperatures - nicely decorated rooms and very clean - comfortable beds - dual shower heads with great water pressure - on a side street which was quieter than being next to the river road way which is filled with tourists all night - water (still and sparkling) bottle fill up in lobby - breakfast buffet was not included but could be purchased at the same price when booking or each day you want it. Very large buffet with lots of choices but no à la carte options if you just wanted a coffee and croissant."

"Very clean and modern rooms. Awesome views. Would be nice to have more transparent screens on the windows so we could better enjoy the view without bugs coming into the room. Comfortable beds. Great buffet breakfast. The location is convenient to Grindelwald Terminal but a bit far removed from the main town and the free busses stop running at 7pm."

"Beautiful hotel at a reasonable price in the heart of the Jungfrau region. Very centrally located to all of the nice hikes. The staff was awesome - very kind and helpful. The gym was amazing, buffet breakfast was awesome. Unfortunately the spa and hot tub were under renovations when we stayed but we were able to obtain vouchers to use an outdoor pool nearby! Also the world cup was on during our stay and they set up a big screen outside I the courtyard and played the games! Very caring management. The only thing that could be improved is the rooms could use mini fridges. Otherwise it was great!"

"La parada de bus se encuentra en la entrada lo que es muy conveniente y el hotel te entrega pase ilimitado para subir y bajar cuantas veces quieras. Staff muy amable, te ayydan en todo. Cuarto pequeño pero limpio que para mi es lo mas impoertante ya que vas a esrar fuera conociendo la ciudad. También te guardan el equipaje sin costo. En el lobby tienen snack y bebidas a la venta. Cerca del terminal deL tren 12 min caminando."
