Es hat uns sehr gefallen und es liegt sehr schön in einer kleinen Gemeinde aber nicht weit weg von Oberstaufen. Der Service war sehr gut und man hat auch bei schlechten Wetter viele Möglichkeiten die Zeit zu verbringen, Massage oder ins Hallenbad.

Das Hotel war ok aber leider wurde der Aufenthalt durch den extrem schlechten Service getrübt. Schon beim Check in kam man sich lästig vor. Auf freundliche Anfragen bekamen wir ausschließlich pampige Antworten. Egal von welchem Service Mitarbeiter. Um 7:04 Uhr durften wir uns am Buffet mit der Hand bedienen da das Personal noch in der Küche am quatschen war und das Buffet noch nicht fertig angerichtet war. Wir wollten uns eigentlich 2 Tage erholen. Fehlanzeige! Ich werde dieses Hotel sicher nie wieder besuchen! Preis Leistung geht gar nicht!

Awesome Hotel

Hotel is perfect. No complaints. Staff is superb!! It is not in the "city center" as implied on the website. It is a €15-€20 taxi ride each way into the downtown of Oberstaufen. I would definitely stay there again!

Fantastic venue for business or a holiday retreat. In our case, we were on business and running extremely late due to client commitments. Our wonderful host waited until 12:30 in the morning to allow us to check in - despite check-in closing at 10:00pm.

Entspannung pur in idyllischer Bergwelt

Habe spontan 3 Nächte im Ludwig Royal verbracht und wollte eigentlich nur ein wenig Wellness. Abar dann war die Bergwelt im Juni so verlockend, dass ich viel mehr draußen als drinnen verbracht habe. Mein Zimmer war wirklich königlich eingerichtet. Ich hatte nur Frühstück, was sehr lecker vom Buffet war. Der Wellnessbereich (Schimmbad,Saunen, usw. ) war sehr großzügig. Die Anwendungen sollten aber rechtzeitig im Voraus gebucht werden, da es sonst sein kann, dass man nichts mehr bekommt.

Gutes Hotel, tolle Erholung

Sehr hilfsbereites und freundliches Personal. Der Hoteldirektor hat für jeden Gast ein offenes Ohr. Wir legen sehr grossen Wert auf ein gutes Frühstück. Das Frühstück im Hotel lässt keine Wünsche offen. Ein kleiner Kritikpunkt haben wir, schade ist die Sauna erst ab 14h in Betrieb, denn nicht jeder Gast geht Skifahren es gibt auch Gäste die zur Erholung im Hotel sind.
