“Nice art nouveau style rooms! A lot of space! Nice and friendly staff! I come here everytime with a smile! ”

“Looks be old hotel, but can not say as ‘boutique’. Staff is kind, breakfast is poor.”

“Slight walking distance to the metro stop. Quiet and clean. Stayed on 17/f so wifi was a bit buggy but reliable otherwise. A bit far from food/restaurants. Good place. ”

“This property is the great place to stay in Kyiv. The room has kitchen and washing machine.Hotel rooms always clean and comfortable for travellers. This property has great location.”

“No electricity!!! I understand its war time and it might happen, but Hotels usually have generator, or at least let us know before, and allow to cancel, let me find a warm hotel. Woke up freezing cold!!!”

“Sehr gutes Hotel ! ”

“This apartment hotel is in a great location. Located at a hill and there are many restaurants right at the bottom of the hill which is around 10 mins walk and the walk is very nice. The unit itself is space efficient and has everything described. The host is very responsive and friendly. We slept very well there and value is great. We would highly recommend this place to everyone staying in Kyiv!”

“Power Outages regularly.”
