Terrible Experience

We booked a one night stay. The room was like a sauna, no AC. I inquired and was told they had no idea when it would be fixed. The hall was cool??? No effort to move us, stated the problem was with all rooms. The entry area was cool??? We did not stay, the temperature was stuck on 31.5C°. Do not recommend this hotel, they could have notified us about the problem as we booked it several days in advance. Very unprofessional, did not offer any compensation. Never use this hotel chain again.

La habitación era para 4 pero una de las camas era plegable, muy corta y muy incómoda. Por contra la atención y las facilidades para hacer el chek in muy tarde son un punto muy positivo

Me gustó la habitación cuádruple amplia. NO me gustó que no funciona el aire acondicionado, no funcionan todas las luces, no tiene televisión, ducha de 0,5m2 que no puedes lavarte ni agacharte, agujero de puerta tapado con goma espuma.

El peor hotel en el que he estado

En la habitacion hacia un frio que no era normal y la calefaccion no subio de 16 grados en toda la noche. Nos tuvimos que acostar vestidos. Y en el restaurante del hotel no tenian nada para cenar, la escusa que me pusieron fue, que la cocinera era nueva y no sabia cocinar. Jamas en todos los viajes que echo me habia encontrado con nada igual, y mira que viajo bastante. Lo unico que se salva fue el personal de recepción.
