Close to the beach

My family and I planned this trip last year back in July and stayed here for one night. We didn’t realize how close it is to the beach, literally a 2 minute walk—we’ve never been to OCMD, so the staff and guests there were so kind. We also loved how close and convenient stores and restaurants are. We definitely will be back

Room was small and clean. Staff was very nice. Carpeting in the hotel halls and stairs needs to be replaced.

Only complaints I have is that the Beach House facility is a little old and there are $42 in hidden fees not listed on their website or on Expedia - they spring that on you when you check in.

Thank you for your feedback. That is in expedia but it's a resort fee which we charge. It comes with free bike rentals and beach chairs among other things.

The place is nice and very close to all the main attractions, you are in front of the beach, if you are located in their newer building, they have an older building across the street which I was locked in and it does need a bit of TLC. The costumer service was not the best.. the information at the front desk was very poor and not very helpful unfortunately, we had to figure things out for out selfes.

Everithing looked clean but the room carpet was so dirty that i walk on it after shower and my foot look filthy.

Cheap but decent

My wife and I go to OC, MD every year and look for a cheap place to stay. Considering the price, it was a decent place. Next time I would get a room with a kitchenette. I will say, the carpets in the halls could use a deep clean.

It is a good hotel. The. Beach is great. Service is great. The air conditioner is old so be prepared to a loud noise. The only bad thing and I told them is that the staff leave the backdoor unlock and no one is there. Not safe.

The room itself was very small. There was no one in our building lobby that can help. So we had to walk to the main building. Heard everything everyone did on our floor. Housekeeping and other people were not really friendly. Not really as decribed.

Check not great experience and horrible customer service. Did not stay my second night and tried talking to manager but they refused to come talk to me. The nose from the air conditioner was horrific and caused me to get a lack of sleep. The customer service was horrible and Expedia tried to talk to manager for me as well but they refused to talk to Expedia about a refund for the one night since I did not stay due to the air conditioning and the room itself.

Dirty, poor service. It’s was either semen or vomit on the bed skirt, sand in bed and woman’s bra and panties in room. They said room was ready at check in but was never even cleaned in the first place. DISGUSTING. Rather of slept in my car.

A great place for a short stay.

My stay was good. Staff was accommodating. Pros: I staid in the beach house area, first level- walk in style- type of room which was great for me because I don’t do stairs. Two pools. One indoor the other outdoor, bike access and beach chairs for the guest of the hotel. The location is a two minute walk to and from the beach. If you need elevator access it’s best to reserve a room in the same area as check in. Cons: The rooms were clean HOWEVER the rugs in the common area (beach house area) where filthyyyyyyyy! Overall: The stay was good and the cost was VERY reasonable.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! We spent $250 to stay one night and this was the worst hotel I've ever stayed at in my life. We will never go back to Ocean city again due to this experience. I understand that $250 is cheap for Ocean city, but that should be enough to buy you basic accommodations away from the main areas. The sink would not drain. The carpet in the hallway and stairs looks like bodies have been dragged out after a crime scene. Our room was fully lit at night from the hallway lights due to the large gap in the door. There were dirty hand prints on the headboard leftover from a previous guests "fun time". We found an extra TV remote under our bed from another room. The doors from all of the guest don't have dampeners and slam very loud in the middle of the night. We had to call security at 2 am because other guests kept slamming doors and screaming at each other. The parking lot is tiny and is a nightmare to get out of. I cannot stress enough how terrible this place is. There is nothing good about this place. Do not stay here unless you want to get scammed!!!
