Positives: Room was very nicely decorated, with thoughtful amenities and great ocean views. Staff very polite and provided great service. Negatives: we could hear the train passing and ringing ding ding all day and night long as our room door was facing the back street. There was too much noise in the hallway with doors opening and closing. They charged a $51 daily parking fee and $60 resort fee (and the pool was closed).

My day was great. It was for a wedding anniversary. Everyone was nice. Accommodations were amazing. The only reason I gave four stars instead of five is because they kept forgetting to plug up my electric car which caused there to be delayed in the start of my day. But other than that, everything was amazing.

All of the staffs are really nice and accomodating.. kristine from the beach that helped us set up our umbrella and chair and the receptionist Ashley who helped us check-in earlier than expected.

Resort is perfect for couples, modern decor enthusiasts, convenience to the pier, nice rooftop & pool bar. But for a family of four, we prefer their sister hotel, The Seabird.

This property is perfectly appointed and located directly across the street from the Oceanside beach pier. Customer service is outstanding and the decor and cleanliness were impeccable. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
