Extremely musty stench and needed to be aired out. There is also ants in the kitchen area. We kept the windows open and heard the beautiful birds and diesel car engines all night long. Inexpensive but did not look like the picture. Would not recommend for longer than one night. The area of vila nova de milfontes is beautiful and the location outstanding.

Noisy house renovations next door spoilt our stay!

Building renovation works next door from 6am! Check the house is built next door before you book! It’s a shame as lovely property and close walk to town but spoilt by the noise. I’d also recommend top floor as the noise from the upstairs to downstairs is unbelievable - even when someone walks! In short, lovely apartment with great scope but the noise made the stay very unrelaxing. We did complain to reception who offered us free breakfast which was appreciated - and very nice. In short, ask questions before booking if looking for a relaxing stay!
