Stylish, helpful staff, and great view
We came for the view - dirctly overlooking the sea and exactly as we expected. The staff were friendly and helpful, the rooms are stylish and clean. And the breakfast is really good too.

Очень-очень красивый ресепшн отеля с видом на море. Завтраки - превосходные! Но расстроило, что за окном была стройка и было ужасно шумно днем и много пыли от стройки вокруг окон.

Great room, good breakfast, basic gym. Great seaside location. Long distance from car drop off to hotel entrance and weird Austin where bolt cars wouldn't drive to the hotel.

Дійсно гарний готель. Привітній персонал, дуже достойний сніданок, чудові номера. Персонал пішов нам на зустріч, переселили без доплати на сторону де море, тому що на сторону де басейн, шумно, йде будівництво. Але ця ситуація ні на грам не зіпсувала наше враження про готель. Все супер, дякуємо, повернемося.

I came to the hotel at 10:40, they said I should pay the difference for early check-in (so room is ready) I just left my luggage ar the reception, I came back to the hotel at 13:20 (with my friend) They said the room is not ready, Therefore I sat with my friend at the nearby restaurant for 1.5 hours, finally the room is ready Bed is Very old therefore there is sound when i move hotels.com has given me 797 uah worth of spa services credits but the reception did not confirm this to me. I asked them about it (when I was leaving the hotel) they said our spa is not working!!

When we arrived we had concerns because there was heavy and loud constuction adjacent to the main hotel entrance. But we need not of worried. The hotel is sound proof and they gave us a cool room right outside o the same level as the sea water. We could hear nothing and it was really enjoyable. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. A credit to the hotel. Well done. Great hires. Will be back.

We loved our stay and enjoyed it but some things were disappointing. The internet was super slow and it was keep disconnecting for two days. Our light system in the room messed up and the technician had to come to the room in the middle of the night to fix the issue. We had a dinner also on the sixth floor and so far it was my worst dinner in Odessa. I informed the server and his response was like it’s pity that you don’t like the food.We used the sauna and spa services and it was great. I would stay again here if wouldn’t be any issues.

The most terrible stay in the last few years
Never stay at Delux rooms. The price doesnt worth the money. One day duringbthe stay they didnt clean the room at all! Bathroom ventilation terribly load but!!!- once you put in the light in the bathroom the ventilation will never stop working all night with it's terrible sound. The receptionist told us they know the problem and there is nothing to do with this!! In the restaurant we were poisoned with the food 2 days sticked to the bed. Very, very bad experience really. No compensation or room change were proposed to us. Odessa has a few brandnew hotels- avoid this one

This was a perfect hotel for me, and the staff were superb in particular Yulia who was attentive and always helpful, only a 30 minute or so walk to centre. Room was clean, food was fantastic entertainment at weekends nothing I could have asked for more

Nice and modern hotel with excellent service.
Nice and modern hotel located on the seaside. Friendly and helpfull staff who does what they can to give you a comfortable stay. Excellent prosecco bar and restaurant on the 6st floor with a beautiful ocean view. The only negative to remark is that the gym does not live up to the standard of a hotel like this.

Stayed in this hotel many times, last time ( this month ) had an early departure to the Airport and wanted to have the breakfast before I go, went downstairs and the restaurant was still closed due to the early hour. Svitlana the Restaurant admin was there and understood the situation and let me in 30 min early, just so I have my food before I leave. Very awesome place, and great people. Special thanks to restaurant staff and Svitlana for making that work :))

When I arrived they did not have my booking. The hotel staff were very nice and let me stay until it was sorted out, but it could have been a disaster if they weren't so accomodating.

Ok hotel, but not worth 5 stars
It is a nice hotel, with nice rooms and good breakfast. But it's a bit outside city center ( or main street as they call it) so you need taxi in the evening because it's not close to anything. In daytime you can walk for about 30 minutes if you like, but its not recommended to do that at night time. The staff are nice and helpful but they need more training to defend the price of the rooms. The wakeup call they forgot on our leaving day which is a big minus and not acceptable for a hotel with 5 stars. They also was not able to fix a rental car for us, there was not any cars available as they said but it took me 2 minutes to fix one my self by calling Avis at the airport. So they try to help, but probably because or "hotel policy" or lack of training/ info from the hotel they try only some local car sharing service which is not reliable they could not help us. So overall an ok hotel, but next time I will stay closer to the city.

Amazing stay - best spot in Odessa and very friendly staff with excellent food at the rooftop and the breakfast is legendary good. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a high end place to stay. Relaxed yet very happening. I will definitely go back.

In one word AMAZING! I think we loved our visit to Odessa in one part because we stayed at M1. What an amazing stay - we were sad to go after 7 nights! We loved the location, the room, the service, the breakfast and particularly the STAFF. The poolside was a bit noisy because of construction but everything else was beyond great. We enjoyed running the park (both ways) in the mornings and the variety of restaurants and beaches adjacent to the property. We are coming back to Odessa and wouldn’t consider staying anywhere else. All our friends stayed at Arkadia beach but it’s too far from the city, too commercial and no greenery around. Thank you to the staff who greeted us with a warm smile every morning and every night when we came back! We will miss you! 🤗
