Fantastic hotel

Great hotel, lovely staff. The restaurant is highly recommended and the atmosphere is really welcoming. The location could not be better, this is trully the centre of town. I will for sure come back!

Great location; not really a hotel.

There was no elevator with quite few stairs to room. My room was too large for just me; my fault not the hotel. The Amsterdam Hotel's location was fantastic; but the Amsterdam is basically a very busy noisy indoor/outdoor bar with some rooms up a lot of steps. Food and service at the hotel was not very good.

Great night stay on main street

Great service at reception. Very friendly, courteous, and professional. Room was comfortable, the bed was a bit soft for me however we all have our preferences. The breakfast was outstanding. Will definitely return again next time I’m in Odessa

Sehr gutes Hotel in perfekter Lage.

Das Hotel Amsterdam ist absolut Spitze, es ist modern, sauber und stilvoll eingerichtet. Die Lage ist Perfekt, das Hotel hat einen lebendigen Nachtclub im Erdgeschoss, von welchem man aber erstaunlicherweise in den Zimmern nicht viel hört.

Noisy and very soft bed

Booked and paid for two nights whilst making the booking, although city tax was paid in cash upon arrival, as advised on my booking confirmation. The reception was located 25 steps up (no elevator) through the bar of the hotel. The room was above the average room size I have seen. The bed was far too soft for me. Very loud (disco) music from down-stairs was evident throughout the evening and after midnight, as a trendy outdoor and indoor restaurant / bar is located down-stairs. The following morning I requested a quiet room and a hard bed. Even though I was prepared to downsize my room (I had a superior room), the receptionist was reluctant and assured me that the music would be softer the following night. The music was still on the following evening, although it stopped before midnight. The in-room safe did not work. No English, German nor French TV channels, all in Eastern European languages, presumably Ukrainian and Russian. During my two nights stay, my room was not serviced. No evacuation plan on the room-door. My room was located on the second floor, hence I could jump out of the window in case need be. (I always take time to familiarise myself with escape routes, as I have personally experienced the activation of a fire-alarm in the middle of the night in a high rise hotel.........panic to say the least !) I did not buy breakfast, because it was a set breakfast with one cup of coffee as opposed to a buffet breakfast.

Отличный небольшой отель (второй этаж без лифта) с хорошо оборудованными,тихими и большими номерами (мы брали полулюксы :с балконами и окнами во внутренний двор. было очень тихо). Ребята на рецепшн работают отлично. Уборка на само высоком уровне. Расположение лучше не бывает все рядом. Остались очень, очень довольны своим проживанием в этом отеле!

Great hotel in great location

Very clean, fresh and new interior. Location is fantastic. Only draw back is having to walk through the bar and restaurant and then up a flight of stairs to get to reception. Place is very good however.

Clean, comfortable, and quality hotel. The negative is one has to walk through the hotel bar which is also a public bar to get to check in which is on the second floor. Other than that, the hotel is very good.

Awesome location in the middle of the historic city center with sights a few minutes walk in any direction. Comfortable bed and good shower. Very helpful and friendly staff (and their English is great). The restaurant downstairs was very good and convenient (with plenty more great restaurants and cafes nearby). Though it's in an area that is up late, we weren't bothered by outside noise except when we forgot to close the window at night. Both the hotel and restaurant were kid-friendly (our two-year-old was with us). Excellent value!
