If you like a clean, comfortable, quiet hotel with beautiful pool area within a 5 minute walk to the beach, this is the place for you. Excellent breakfast, friendly staff service, a several restaurants within walking distance. Downtown area is an easy 20 minute Uber away. I will be back.

The hotel rooms were very clean and consistent with photos. The staff was very accommodating as I had several special requests. They even surprised me with a cake on my birthday!!! A proper hand made Napoleon cake too! People should be aware though that this hotel is close walking distance from the beach but doesn’t have ocean views. It is also far from the main part of Odessa. This place is great if you want to be slightly secluded from the busy parts of the city!

Städning 👍👍👍superbra.frukost bra.maten överlag inget fel alls riktigt gott allting. Ska man koppla av är de här perfekt hotell lugnt å skönt.nära till riktigt mjuk sandstrand. De finns även en långt promenadstråk som är lagt med plattor och sittbänkar med jämna mellanrum den går nog till arkadiabeach.

Spent two nights here during lockdown, as I had come to odessa for a meeting. Hotel was closed, and had not seen my booking. Despite this, the hotel opened to allow me to stay, but explained services would be limited. The security guy was actually the only person around most of the time, and was really helpful, and I enjoyed the stay. I booked the Versace Suite, huge room, lovely view from terrace. Onsite parking had no issues, lovely morning walks. Great hotel, have stayed here many times, will always do so when I'm in Odessa

Fancy place

Odessa is beautiful, so is this hotel. It is conveniently located in an upscale and safe area with close proximity to a very nice beach called Chaika. As taxi is not expensive in Odessa, commuting everywhere is a breeze. Hotel staff differs in level of experience and qualification. However, a lady at the reception desk Olga is a great professional and is able to rectify issues efficiently. Overall, they are trying their best. A la carte breakfast was really nice and tasty; however, not all the menu items were available, and the menu was reduced even further in a few days, so was the size of the portions. With a few small improvements to make this hotel would be one of my favorite places to stay (and I travel a lot). Namely, the breakfast process, which was sometimes very slow. Also, the mattresses could be better.

Mooi hotel met hoge apartementsblokken er rond !

Heel moeilijk te vinden !! Zeer afgelegen. Mooie kamer maar het balkon geeft uit op een straat met een hoog op te bouwen appartementsblok vlak voor uw neus. Het ontbijt : de éérste morgen à la carte ( met een maximum bedrag van 250 UAH per persoon, ruim voldoende ), de tweede morgen een buffet, maar niet een 5 * waard. Met tram 18 duurt het ongeveer een half uur voor het centrum van Odessa bereikt wordt.

Really great place to stay for my first time in country. Service was outstanding. Hotel is clean and well kept. Ladies at the desk, were very helpful and gracious. All of the hotel staff made me feel very welcome!!!!

Location was hard to get to, choose the wrong time of the year to go, they were getting ready for summer, will be nice in summer, to far from the center of the city. staff was great, nice if you want to be close to a beach, not much for restaurants close that I found but didn't look to hard

My stay at Villa

I enjoyed my stay there but sound of new building construction was very loud and annoying . Also the tall building next door is partially blocking the sun on the pool . I wouldn’t recommend to others at this point .

Nice resort hotel near the beach!!

I stayed this hotel everytime when i can to Odessa!! Hotel located very close to sea. just 3min from beach!! Room is bigger than city center hotel and higherroof than other hotel. and classic luxury styled ‘Botique hotel’ which is elegant and nice taste. most rooms can watch pool and sea view which is nice. Breakfast fast is included and tasty. Front staff are really helpful for me and they are respect with “standup” when guests are near the front desk. also they will find and search by web when i need something i need. also Supermarket and ATM is available near the condominium. so it’s convenient! it’s recommended relax stay without nothing! it’s located condominium and private house area bit far from city center. however you can rest near the sea and walking beach! i think you will be like this resort hotel:)

Ideal cleanliness. Staff did not give the room that they promised in the correspondence, but they apologized and give other room. The staff is attentive. Prices in the restaurant are above average, but eat are tasty. Breakfasts are excellent.

Disappointing

Was supposed to have a room with a sea view, Did not, and had to upgrade to a room that barely had one. I then had a very nice room, but it did not have a coffee maker, none of the rooms I saw did. And of course there is room service, but you have to pay for the coffee. And nothing was free except the included continental breakfast. I simply tired of all the extra charges. Overall it is a very nice hotel, but it is not on the water, it is a few blocks away. For me this was not a 5 star experience.
