“This hotel is quite charming but it’s in an impossible position to access with a car. We spent 2 hours trying to locate the hotel using GPS and the directions the hotel gave us. In the end one of us walked in and arranged with the hotel to send us a taxi to get us there. All exhausting and unnecessary as the hotel could clearly have given better instructions.”

“This resort is lovely -clean, good service, great spa services. It's far from everything, so definitely a more remote getaway/retreat. The beds were not very comfortable, but the room was spacious and clean.”

“O hotel é muito completo. A receção funciona 24 horas. Viemos de um Concerto em Lisboa às 02:00 da manhã. Em 1 hora e 20 minutos fomos de Lisboa ao Hotel. Vale muito desfrutar da calma e do sítio. Pudemos aproveitar o SPA no dia do checkout sem qualquer problema. O Pequeno-almoço é excelente e funcionários muito atenciosos. É um bom sítio para voltar. ”

“Set above Nazaré with lovely views. Rooms are big and modern as is hotel. Nice pool area and roof terrace. All rooms have a balcony and sea view due to being up high. It’s about 40 min walk into town and I did it a lot, it’s really straightforward or there is a free shuttle bus if you don’t want to walk. There was a mini bar which was great, but as the fridge goes off when you take the keys out drinks are never cold. I asked for some ice to chill my wine and was told they had to charge, but...

“bien , mais petits bémols: la chambre attribuée ( nous sommes restés deux nuits), donne sur un jardin clos, vis a vis sur les autres chambres, dommage d'autres donnent sur l'extérieur, et nous avions le bruit de l'ascenseur en résonnance dans la chambre. La chambre très humide (l'eau coule a l'intérieur des fenêtres, salle de bain triste à remoderniser ! miroir à revoir très dégradé ! l'humidité encore ! petit déjeuné très bien, diner bien mais cher ! le personnel est très bien ! spa agréable ....
