“Firstly, the hotel itself is exceptionally well designed. The layout, the interiors, the artwork, the pools and lounges, and the overall attention to detail are genuinely impressive. Every element feels thoughtful and beautifully executed, creating a really special atmosphere. When we arrived, we received a fantastic welcome. The reception team greeted us warmly with a glass of sparkling wine, collected our luggage from the car, brought everything to our room, and even took our ski equipment...

“Our stay here was only for one night, but it was very enjoyable! We would have stayed longer if we could've. Great service! We checked in at about 7:45 pm after a long day of driving and hiking, the front desk ensured we had a table prepared for dinner (which was supposed to end at 8 pm). The waiter was incredibly pleasant, despite us showing up late, and when he found out I was vegan he accommodated a whole 5 course meal for me! The food was amazing! The wine was excellent - we had a bottle...

“The hotel was excellent from staff to food to bar to large, spacious room to pool and Spa. Only complaints would be that the towels were very thin and small and the shower was on the side wall making the the shower a little narrow. ”
