I have never ever experienced an unfriendlier person behind the desk than upon arrival at that place!!!!! and I have the gold status card - even Expedia did not want or couldn‘t help me - the service weakens & I will not use it anymore!! there are more supporting & protecting companies than this one, be sure of that people!!! you do not need to accept all flake!!

Un bon hôtel situé à mi chemin entre Hendaye et San Sebastián, son accessibilité cependant reste mal conçu due fait par sa proximité avec l'autoroute en Espagne Concernant la chambre, celle-ci est dans l'ensemble correct mais des amélioration pouvant être réalisées notamment sur l'entretien de la climatisation qui met énormément de temps à rafraîchir la pièce ainsi qu'à la propreté de la chambre avec de nombreuses traces de saleté notamment sur les murs détecteur de fumée, les joins des douches sont veillo et mérite une remise à niveau Le manque d'équipement pour les WC avec la brosse nettoyante est décevant pour tenir les lieux propres Concernant la literie elle même celle-ci est confortable et large Des améliorations sont tout de même à prévoir sur l'hébergement mais dans l'ensemble celui-ci reste correct

La chambre est spacieuse et propre, la literie est très confortable, le buffet petit-déjeuner correct mais rien d’exceptionnel. Le seul bémol est l’odeur intense (presque suffocante) du parfum déodorant à l’arrivée dans la chambre, j’ai dû ouvrir la fenêtre pour ventiler.

De kamers zijn heel schoon en goed onderhouden. Het ontbijt was niet top. Bestek en borden waren niet schoon, producten niet vers. Er is een btaalde parkeergarage met oplaadpunten voor elektrische auto's. Er is all you can eat reastaurant naast het hotel met ruime keuze aan buffet. Als je in het hotel verblijft krijg je hier korting. Locatie was goed. Met de bus is het centrum binnen 30 minuten te bereiken. Bussen gaan ieder kwartier.

Desayuno muy industrial, tanto el fiambre como la tortilla de patata y la bollería. El personal es muy amable y se puede aparcar bien en la puerta pero está mal comunicado con San Sebastián, pasa el autobús cerca (se supone que cada media hora) pero no se puede saber la hora exacta.
