Flott plass på rolig sted nær strand. Flott, moderne leilighet med alt en trenger. Det stod at stedet var uten heis, men det er ikke tilfelle. Det er 12 leiligheter og 6 av dem er tilgjengelig med heis eller inngang på bakkeplan. Litt forvirrende innsjekking. Kommunikasjon underveis med en representant for utleiefirma, på engelsk, mens vertskap på stedet ikke var enkle å få tak i og snakket kun tysk eller kroatisk. Deilig takterrasse, men en del ødelagte og sterkt slitte utemøbler som absolutt bør skiftes. En generell sak, som ikke bare gjelder dette bygget, men det er kjemisk rent for rekkverk og håndløpere i trappene, både ute og inne. heisen er for liten for rullestol med hjelper, så her er det en vei å gå for tilrettelegging for bevegelseshemmede. Ellers er det kort vei til fin strand og to restauranter med god kvalitet og det er en liten kolonial i gangavstand. Skal du på supermarked må du gå eller kjøre 800 m. generelt veldig fornøyd, men noen forbedringsmuligheter.
