"Pros: The hotel is in a great location, less than 5 minute walk from the main train station. The staff was wonderful and very friendly. Cons: The room is tiny and the biggest thing was the air conditioner was turned off as it was still in "winter mode". The room was stiflingly hot, but thankfully the front desk provided a fan for us to use for our stay."

"Room was clean and modern, rest of the hotel felt a bit dated and tired with dark halls and scuffed carpeting. Booked in part due to onsite secure parking, which upon arrival was told was unavailable due to roadworks started two weeks earlier. If notified I could have booked elsewhere, instead was told I’d have to park in the shopping centre carpark down the road. Asked for assistance with bags down from our room to the car since couldn’t leave it in front of hotel, was told yes then no one showed up. "

"This hotel is really nice. The atmosphere is modern yet comfortable. The staff is really friendly and the breakfast bar is nice. I had a balcony which was spacious and nice to have a great view!"
