“I booked a king suite on Expedia. When i arrived at hotel on the day, they only had double bed rooms available. Jayson was at the desk and was not at all helpful. He said that because i booked through a 3rd party (Expedia) then they don’t save the room type that you book. This was not a last minute booking and it was confirmed but he indicated that it was not confirmed by them. I went down to breakfast one day with over an hour left in the time and there was little left and they were not...
