“Friendly front desk personnel”

“Our electricity went out in the bathroom, and t.v. They tried to fix it but they couldn’t figure out what the problem came from. They put extension cord for the t.v. To a different outlet, and another extension cord for a lamp that was put into the bathroom. They did offered to put us up in another hotel, but we had family members in another room so we chose to stay at the Red Roof. Because we chose to stay they did refund our room, which was very nice of them to do so. ”

“Property is extremely needing a major facelift. The property and everything in it is worn out. My guest room smelled of wet puppy and stagnant air. AC unit in wall was filled with dirt and mildew.
