Great location - it was easy to find and near many shops. The staff were super kind and check in was easy. The room however was a bit dated. The door had some gaps in it so i could see into the hallwally and there was a pretty big gap at the bottom of the door between the door and the floor so you can easily hear noise from the hallway. We stayed here for 1 evening - it was ok but if I was to come back to Hanoi, I'd probably look elsewhere. Overall though, it was an average hotel. Nothing horribly wrong - clean sheets, plug ins on both sides of the bed, and a mini fridge of items.

I love staying here every time I visit Hanoi. The staff always remembers me as soon as I walk into the hotel. Henry at the reception desk to Jaime, the chef in the kitchen and the girl who brings my breakfast to me in the restaurant. The entire staff is outstanding and very friendly.

Breakfast was excellent, plenty of choice, and all very fresh. Hotel was very clean,and staff were excellent. Didnt bother with the pool but it appeared to be adequate although on the small side. Would i stay again, most definitely as its slap bang in the centre of the old Quarter.
