The loft room was in a nice quiet area and very spacious. Staff at reception and breakfast were all polite, helpful and happy. Thankfully their English was very good as well. Great hotel in a great city.

Our loft room was very large and clean. It was separate from the hotel. Breakfast was good with very supportive staff. A number of different restaurants close by. Very convenient to center walking zone in the city. Would stay there again.

Lovely place

It was a lovely stay. I wish the pillows were slightly more comfortable. Either than that it was a good experience. Welcoming and super helpful staff. Wonderful breakfast. Have no other concerns.

Our "loft" room was in a separate entrance, but we had secure access at all hours and we enjoyed a spacious room with a sofa, large bathroom, generous closet space, and the option to open the windows. The hotel has a market next door and is within walking distance of other conveniences such as coffee shops, a beautiful local park, and the train station, or a very short bus ride to the station and other locations. We recommend Altera!

Very friendly and helpful staff. The hotel room was impracticable on the third floor without elevator and a complicated arrangement due to renovations on how to leave and enter. The room was spacious but a bit dated. All in all super fine stay. I remember from my last stay a very nice breakfast.

really good choice for stay in Oldenburg

Had a really nice stay at Altera Hotel. Right besides walking streets, shopping area, a nice open place right across the hotel where it was a kind of festival. Parked the var in the Parking garage besides the hotel and got discount for the parking from the hotel. Big clean room and a nice good breakfast. Smiling employees topped the stay.

Nice location, viet over the square, disappointing bathroom. Strange design with a pillar in the middle of the room. Many pillows to choose from. Breakfast service could not handle the workload.

Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das war es aber auch. Zur Zeit wird das Hotel umgebaut, somit gibt es keine normale Rezeption, keine Bar - nichts. Abends erfolgt der Zugang über eine Baustelle. Der Blick vom Zimmer - Baustelle. Es wäre ehrlicher für die Zeit des Umbaus das Hotel komplett zu schließen. Und warum die Marketingabteilung ein kleines Zimmer mit knapp 20 qm (inklusive Bad und Gang) als "Studio" anpreist, bleibt für immer ein Rätsel. Da bleibt in toto ein schlechter Nachgeschmack.

Locatie in het centrum en P-garage dichtbij. Hotel heeft meerdere gebouwen; daardoor voor drankje aan de bar naar buiten. Onze kamers lagen in bijgebouw met veel trappen en geen lift. Ontbijt was standaard, maar oké. Kamer was ruim, maar miste gezelligheid. Balkon met peuken bezaaid. Receptie was op orde, maar niet iedere medewerker was aardig
