โThe location was very accessible and convenient. It was clean and quiet. We enjoyed the swimming pool and the breakfast was delicious! Lots of choices!โ
โLucas helped re-organize our stay with dates needing to be changed several times at a moment's notice, due to changes outside our control. He made it easy for us to find a place to stay in difficult circumstances.
The amenities were excellent too.
As were the various items available in the lobby.โ
โThe food was outstanding! Love the back porch. The lock needs to be tightened up. The A/C was not on and the ceiling fan would not flow towards the bed even after adjusting it. It was just a minor inconvenience. The whole house was beautiful and comfortable. We will definitely add this location to our list!โ
โWe were in two different rooms over the course of our stay here, rooms 7th floor and 5th floor. Our stay in 7th floor was excellent, but we had a completely horrific experience on the 5th floor, mainly due to poor housekeeping. When we walked into the bathroom for the first time, there was a q-tip from the previous guest lying on the floor. The entire area around the bed was coated in dust, and we couldn't tell whether the carpet had been vacuumed or not. Moreover, the housekeeper was chatting...
โWas amazing we had our dogs with and were gone most of the day and in the room evening and night. Peaceful when we were in the room didnโt hear much outside the room only problem we had was key for rooms didnโt like to work had to continuously try over and over again to get in roomโ
โEverything was great the room was clean a lot of space very nice suite. The staff were great and went out of their way to help when I had trouble with my card.โ
