Thank you for your review. Treasure Island, as with all hotels, is an international hotel with guest from all around the world. We are indeed a small hotel that caters to both family and single travelers. We are located directly on the beach with multiple beach access points from the resort. We also feature the only beach side pool on Baloy beach. In regards to the cancellation policy, it clearly posted here and should always be reviewed prior to booking. We do take issue with your statement of photos being misleading. Our property photos are updated every year and clearly depict our hotel and property. Best Regards,

We are very sorry to hear that you had issues. There are signs posted advising guest to dry off before entering the hotel. Your previous room will be checked for any issues with the shower.

Daniel, Thank you for your review. We are glad to hear that you did enjoy your breakfast. Our restaurant is open 7AM to 11PM each day. We do also offer an in room mini bar with chips cookies and drinks. All at very reasonable prices. We also have cable television for our guest. Not sure what other amenities you would be looking for? As you know we are a beach front property and have a large swimming pool for our guest use. Most all of our beds are brand new. The few that aren't are scheduled to be replace in 2019. We are very sorry to hear your personal expectations were not met. We wish you the best of luck in your future travels to the area.

Thank you for the kind review. Most rooms have been recently renovated and remainder will be later in the year. Treasure Island aims to provide basic quality affordable rooms with the largest beach side pool on Baloy with a poolside bar for reasonably priced cocktails and food.

Hey John, Thank you for staying with us. Yes we are slowly getting all the old aircons replaced with new split types. Hopefully on your next stay your room will have one of the new ones.

Thank you for your review. Its unfortunate, but during Holy Week each year, demand simply outstrips supply of water in Subic and Olongapo. The infra simply isn't there to manage the volume of people. Our apologies. Luckily this only happens one weekend a year during holy week.

We have made efforts of late to add additional WiFi repeaters through out the resort to help boost the internet speeds. . Pushing signal through concrete and steel is always difficult. Expensive is a relative term. Most people find and comment that our foods are very delicious and affordable. Most all ingredients used at TI are imported. All meats, cheeses, et. Prices and quality of the food, reflects this.
