The check in staff was nice, but the room had no AC unit and faces SW. It would be difficult to stay there in the hot summers we have now in the area. The TV service was out, but the front desk took care of that. It is about what you would expect for the money. Noisy people in the room beside us all night, but that can't be blamed on the property.

The front desk clerk was way too chatty. Wanted to debate me about my profession and asked way too many questions. Also added that he felt Elon Musk was being treated unfairly by having his flight data posted. Weird and I can't stand Elon! All for the room it was old clean and as expected. This is my first winter stay at the Uptown and the baseboard heaters never really got the room to a comfy level. The included breakfast is decent for the price. Will try another budget hotel next time.

Our return visit to Uptown Inn property. Super close to Coho ferry terminal. An older establishment, but with some renovations. Clean, quiet, affordable and very suitable for your overnight stay. Included breakfast is typical and enough to get you ready for the day. Check in was pleasant and professional.

Budget friendly.
Good place to stay on a budget. Clean and quiet. And breakfast is included! Be aware, no AC, so summer stays will be warm.

Honestly the staff really make this place stand out. Friendly, welcoming, professional. I hope that management appreciates the quality of their team members that made this budget hotel a more pleasant stay than many fancy places we stayed. I also loved that rooms were well equipped-large fridge, microwave, drawers, they also said it was free to do laundry!

Uptown comfort at Uptown inn.
Our stay at Quality Inn’s Uptown Inn was amazing. We had a suite which was very spacious, very clean and comfortable. The staff were very competent, kind and friendly. We stayed 3 nights, breakfast was the same menu everyday, but a variety was offered. The location was great. 5 mins to Hurricane Ridge entrance close yo many restaurants.

The room was okay, arm chair and desk chair were dirty. The shower was dirty, filthy with black mildew everywhere. Made the pictures. The lady at the front desk dismissed my concerns. Will not recommend this place to anyone.

The room was clean. As soon as you walk in, you could see it was comfortable. Only thing is the water. If you turn the shower on, you get no sink water when you turn it on at the same time. Otherwise the place was very convenient.

Closet door fell on me when I tried to close it. No injury so I didn't report it to staff. Just a heads up to other travelers. Bed was very hard. Linens felt startchy and itchy so I can't recommend this place if you have sensory diffuculties.

Room is small but okay. Room didn’t smell good. When we arrived, the room door, which opens to the parking lot, was wide open. The room was partially cleaned. No one in sight. Front desk had nothing to say except they can’t get enough staff.

Offered great complimentary breakfast. Staff was friendly and helpful. On the down side: Our room had not been cleaned. It had dog hair everywhere. Staff responded quickly to remedy the situation. Also the futon in LR area was badly torn. For what we paid for the room this was unacceptable. They apologized and explained they were short staffed and were working on the issues.

Upon arrival we realized there is no A/C, no chairs in room, black mold in shower, had hot water on full with zero cold trying to get it hot enough. Woke up in morning both of our backs hurt quite bad, and woke to the smell of cigarette smoke coming in our window..an employee was outside it standing smoking (apparently there is free staff laundry nearby, and she has been told before not to smoke near the rooms). Unlikely to stay again, but if I do I hope it is a better experience.
