Very nice hotel, but could use some sprucing up. chair was well worn and a little cockeyed to sit in. Definitely needed a new coat of pain on the room. Overall very clean, beds were supper comfortable as were the pillows. Staff was super helpful and very kind.

First the light switch didn't do anything. It smelled like cigarettes. There were burns on the air conditioner,night stand and table. The TV was broken. The washroom door wouldn't close. Tiles were loose on the floor. The shower curtain rod was broken. Towels were lying on the hallway floor the whole time we were there. When I complained about the TV the staff said there was nothing they could do. No other TVs or rooms available. When iI insisted something be done he said he could reimburse me $20 a check out. I agreed to that. I don't usually submit reviews but this place needed it.

Booked double bed online - tried giving us room one bed for 3. Told us we could separate them. NO! Walls had something running down. Mirror written on with marker, Bathroom tub/shower and hand sink area had hairs in. I cleaned so my family could shower. If wouldn’t had been 10:30 pm and berkshire b event in town, we would have tried to look elsewhere. Ice machine broke. Breakfast dry cereal, coffee.

The smell of smoke permeated the entire building. I had to move out because I was allergic to something that had been sprayed in my room. On a good note, they did credit me for the nights. I did not stay there.

This place is horrible. It was very dirty and I felt quite uncomfortable and unsafe the moment I walked in. We were so displeased with the appearance , that we forfeited our reservation fee and chose a different hotel.

Door on west side cannot open from inside, now outside. There is no way to escape from this side in case of fire. Have reported to personnel at desk several times. They just shrug and nod no. Think this is a fire hazard.

The bathroom light did not work. I informed the front desk, nothing was done. There were 4 light/wall fixtures that were inoperable. Even at a cheap rate it was not worth it!

No hot water, nieces room has bed bugs. No breakfast Even at this price point, it is a dump. Wouldn't stay here again if they paid me.

This property is so misrepresented. They did not have a continental breakfast, which was one reason I choose this hotel. The space was there they just choose not to do the breakfast. How hard is it to provide some muffins or toast, anything. It has Wyndam in there name which usually means it is a better place. I will never assume that again. They didn't have hot water. No towel racks in the bathroom. I didn't get to shower in the paint chipped tub the entire time I stayed. There was a old office chair with rollers on the bottom, which made it hard to help my 82 year old mother put her shoes on. There were three dogs living in the room across the hall. I asked for a partial refund that I have yet to receive. The manager is not available on weekends, how convenient. I will update if that happens. STAY CLEAR of this hotel.

DO NOT STAY HERE. I felt unsafe the entire experience checking in. The fronst desk was using his personal phone talking to someone on speaker phone the whole time I was checking in. No direction as to where our room was or best way to get there. I thought id still give it a chance so we hunted it down. The room was disgusting. Our lights didn't work. There were stains all over the carpet and it was evident they didnt vacuum. Holes and scrapes on the wall. The tiles on the bathroom were broken and loose. DO NOT STAY HERE.

The property was not very clean. Seemed ean down for the ratings it has. But was disappointed that when discovered there was NO breakfast at all even though site and signage stated there was. They did have COLD coffee available wow just wish site had been honest so could gave planned accordingly.

Very very disappointed they have removed laundry facilities for guests. Had been non functioning for months, but then they just removed washer and dryer and locked the door, stating they are not going to repair, just discontinue the service.

This will be my last time staying here. Coffee is a hit and miss in the morning. If its there its been there all night. Snow removal doesn't happen.So much snow and ice build up on the hallway exit door, it didn't close completely, causing cold air to come into my room under the door, I used towels to block the cold air flow. Lighting is poor in room, lamps and plug ins are non-working. I had 1 plug in that worked. I told the front desk but nothing changed during the 4 nights i stayed. No TV or internet, had to use my phone's hotspot to complete my online required work. Sad thing is still got charged full price.

Pay the extra money for somewhere else
First room didn’t look clean and looked like there may have been dried animal pee on the bathroom floor. They moved us to a second room and there was an ash tray on the window ledge in a non smoking room. I told the front desk so that I wouldn’t get charged for smoking in a non smoking room. Pillow was flat and over all the room didn’t look that clean. Worst part is I probably paid more in the end because of pet fees. Generally haven’t had the best experiences with Super 8’s in Omaha.

The building was dirty and the room I needed to be vacuum. The walls in the room had spots that needed to be painted. The floor in the bathroom had broken tile and needed to be painted.
