"The hotel is okay. The staff were friendly and courteous. Five minutes from the airport, the shuttle only runs 9-5 M-F, so that was a bit of a bummer. The breakfast was GREAT. The floors were shiny and clean. They need a plant person on staff as their plants and plant spaces were lacking and thirsty. The bed was very comfortable. The room amenities were nice. They were having issues with the roof as it was raining and leaks were being managed. The architecture was lovely!!! The hotel structure and set-up were inviting and visually delightful."

The staff was very on point with helping out the few times I had requests, the location was very convenient for travels to our venues, the hotel min general is very well kept and maintained, the walls seem very well insulated, and great amenities ie: the pool, hot tub, basketball court, exercise room, game room, and laundry facilities… We stayed a week here and I enjoyed every day! Thank you to the great staff!!! :)"

"I love Hotel Zessa and can’t say enough good things about it - the staff is incredibly friendly, the property is very clean, and the covered garage is a big plus. The shower pressure is excellent too, and the chocolate walnut cookies are bonus! We feel safe staying here and really enjoy how convenient the location is, with easy access to Newport and Laguna beaches, as well as Santa Ana and Irvine."

"They location is set up like a very nice apartment complex. Our room was a two story suit with enough room for 6 people. This gave us enough privacy for my wife and I and daughter. The hotel is also located 20 minutes from Disney, Huntington beachs, or laguna beach. Lots of fine eating and shopping within 20 minutes too. Second time staying here. Greatly recommend."
