“Our first night we checked in, the rug between the room and bathroom area was soaked with water. Came to find out the AC was causing the leak. Maintenance came to suction the water out with the machine but front receptionist couldn’t switch us to another room until the next day because it was fully booked. Upset because the whole night especially with 3 young kids we had to walkover the wet rug Everytime we had to use the bathroom which is disgusting to be honest. Maintenance used our ROOM...
