Easy access and parking convenient. Quiet and close to town. Noisy airconditioner, bathroom had no heating (quite cold in the evening and morning).

Won’t stay again!!
Room very basic and in need of refurbishment considering what they charge for a room, wouldn’t hurt to have a biscuit in the room. I had a disturbed night with apartment above mine partying in to the early hours and no after hours number to make a complaint.

Hi. I'm sorry you had a bad experience with us. We are currently renovating the rooms but myself and Scott are renovating them by ourselves. We have renovated 12 rooms thus far, but we are renovating all 50. We also do have an after hours general manager on site at all times. If you call the ibis number, it gets directed through to him and he can assist with any issues you may have. Not visiting again.
We had to wait 20 mins after check-in time. The room was not ready by 2 pm. The room was full of a chemical/bleach smell when we got to the room and it was smelling for the full day. Not a pleasant/welcoming feeling to the room. Few mosquitos were present in the room. No onsite facilities such as breakfast, lunch, dinner, drinks etc. Airconditioner was not working well, and didn't have a good sleep during cold winter. Was not worth what we paid for; will not visit again. Overall very disappointed; was expecting better from ibis. The staff was friendly.

Hi, thankyou for leaving your valid review. I'm sorry that your experience was unpleasant. Unfortunately we are going through a staffing issue where we can't get enough cleaners so rooms are taking a little longer to be ready as we are busy and there having to do more cleans. We also have had too temporarily close the restaurant for breakfast and dinner as we don't have the required staff to run it, We still do provide a cooked room service for dinner though. Hope we can see you again in the future and you have a better experience and our facilities are fully operational again.

Loved the fact that even though it fronted the highway it was quiet. We don't live in town and had no trouble with noise at all. The bed was the best bed in a motel, ever!!! Very comfortable. Thanks, will make sure this is where we stay when we return to Orange👍👍

Very basic room for the cost. Older. Lacked milk for a coffee and tea spoons. Glad we didn't have to spend much time in the room.

Aircon was broken. Offered a discount and a fan. Eventually a young bloke delivered a 12 dollar Kmart fan that he complained about having to go buy for us. We got the bill and there was no discount! Full price for a room with no aircon in February in the central west of NSW! There was mould in the shower and they broke my iPhone charger when they made the bed.

Good place for a bed to stay. Comfortable beds and clean bathrooms. Had a bit of a strong pine smell which set off my allergies. Would have liked a microwave in a room made for families to stay.

The restaurant was absolutely excellent. The food was delicious - well above what you could expect from a hotel! Highly recommended

The relief manager was very welcoming. Rooms not quite up to the standard we have previously experienced at other Ibis Styles accommodation, but still clean and comfortable. Could have done with an electric blanket but it was a particularly cold night.

This guest did not arrive for his stay and did not answer my calls to find out if he was coming. i kept his room available for him even though we were booked out. he was charged one night fee for not showing up. he then called me asking for his money back as he was too busy to answer my calls or ring me to tell me he wasnt coming.

The Light in the corridor just outside our room was not working. One light over the vanity was not working. The bathroom light took some time to brighten up and flashing.
