"The hotel and room were so clean and the staff were wonderful. I wish the room was arranged differently. We couldn't see the TV from the sofa. So we either had to sit at the desk or in the bed. And the mattress was terrible. I stay in Orange often. If it weren't for the mattress I would be back. I know this can't be changed but more of a heads-up to my fellow disabled people. I requested an accessible room because I have serious balance issues. They had two options, either a roll in or one with grab bars, I chose the grab bars. It had plenty of grab bars which was perfect. But the bottom of the tub is curved, so you can't stand flat."

"Had problems getting towels and wash clothes. Water pressure in the shower was minimal at best. I mean dont get me wrong the room was nice and well maintained and the people up front were nice. 2 nights in a row had people stomping above me, so I dont recommend staying on the bottom floor"

"I knew this property was a low budget stay and it met my expectation of a single night's stay for a multi-day drive across the US. The room was clean. I arrived fairly late in the evening so the staff was into their family time. The check in was ok considering the late evening arrival time. Check out was a simple drop the key in a secure box. My stay was expected to be a check in, sleep, check out type stay."
