"The property was brand new. Very clean, well kept and maintained thus far. The check in was not friendly nor was the morning staff very hospitable. It was Christmas!!! Have a smile, some cheer, or at least a hello. "

"It was a pretty good stay, a body pillow would’ve made the stay better. Shower pressure was a little low and a hand held shower head would help with the low pressure so you could get the soap off better. It is nice having the complimentary bath supplies. $6 for a bottle of water is a little steep so I didn’t partake of it. I like fancy water but that was a little excessive. I will stay again if needed in Charlottesville it’s a good location and feels pretty safe with the lighting at night. "
