Service quality is low compared to the price. The room was smelled like, it wasn’t used for a long time, soap bottle was empty. The hotel don’t even offer water bottle as complimentary even after charging such high price

The front desk staff were exceptionally friendly. The room was spacious. We liked the roomed amenities. The TV being high-tech was unique and appreciated. Breakfast was good, There were enough food options for one picky eater and one vegan. The major thing we did not like was the pool did not live up to expectations of what was posted online. The picture on the website of the pool is misleading. We were unaware of how small the pool was. The atmosphere was cramped and loud even with just one family present. Other than this, our stay was good, would book again.
