Looks modern and different in style to the usual motel. Quality throughout including fittings- Russell Hobbs toaster and a Nespresso machine. Extremely supportive staff. Nice shower but a bit dark with no lighting in keeping with style. ( not dark but evocative.)

The corrugated trimmings and theme added a great atmosphere and helped to make the stay here memorable and really enjoyable.

Such a lovely spot, it’s obvious a lot of care and effort has gone into giving these rooms a rustic look while actually being quite luxurious and super cozy. The bed was super comfy and the double glazing meant a peaceful night and waking up toasty warm.

The room was clean and cosy, with great amenities. Very easy to check in and out of. Super convenient location close to Orbost and the highway. Perfect as a stopover spot.

We stayed here overnight on our travels. The room & bed was comfortable & had everything you need. Having a pod coffee machine in the room was great. No hot breakfast on offer but you could do your own with a microwave & toaster in the room

The Orbost Motel is impressive, from decor to service. We were travelling from Sydney, had booked 2 rooms online. Half way we received a text to advise our room numbers, door open, key on table inside. We arrived just on dark, a lamp was on, the room was warm, WOW. The manager came soon after to welcome us, passed on some brochures of the area with vouchers for various eateries. This motel is run by a very well organised management team.

Cool Place!
Service was fast and friendly, room and amenities were exceptionally clean. Bed was comfy, however very creaky and loud when you moved. Kitchen supplies were great and included a coffee pod machine and milk frother - very pleased! Fridge was noisy. Light in bathroom is too dim and not close enough to the shower. Double glazed windows kept the room warm and quiet. Would recommend.

This motel is fantastic we ended up staying 3 nights because it was so good. Managers are fantastic and respectful and can have a good chat only too happy to help. They made sure our rooms were heated when we come home late.

Charming rooms that are rustic and unique. Perfect location for a stop off on a road trip in Eastern Gippsland. Would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend

The rooms were clean with all the mod cons. Is out of town so you will need to drive to get to the food outlets.

I was so disappointed. There was no hot water and the toaster didn't work and when I called for help there was no response. I was in Orbost for work and needed to have a shower. By the time someone contacted me and told me they had turned the hot water on I had well and truly left after having a cold shower.

I've very sorry you had this unfortunate experience. It appears the toaster tripped the electrical circuit which caused the hot water to also turn off. I understand our Resident Managers called to update you but you had left not long after 8am. Once again, our sincere apologies.
