definitely not a 4 stars hotel.no enought people working at same time.i been waiting 15 min to do the check in at 9 pm.beside that staff was rwally helpfull and nice. No usb outlets to charge cellphone and no hair conditioner.

Accueil convenable, seul l'espagnol est parlé... Hôtel beau mais très mal insonorisé, on entend la rue comme si l'on y était et le voisin comme si il dormait avec vous... Les cloisons sont en carton. El hotel es caro para el tipo de habitación que ofrece. Lo que menos gustó es la moqueta en habitaciones y pasillos del hotel. El armario es un estante con una cortina como puerta. El mueble del lavabo no existe, es un cubo con puertas (cortas). El conjunto de ducha y lavabo no tiene puerta. Inodoro y bidé a la ducha y lavabo es independiente y con puerta.

Ideal para un fin de semana de relax.

El hotel en general estaba bastante bien. La habitación tenía bañera con hidromasaje. Deberían insonorizar las habitaciones, ya que si hay jaleo en la calle, se escucha demasiado. El spa es pequeño, pero tampoco es muy caro, cumple con su función. El personal muy atento en todo momento. Respecto a la localización, Orduña se encuentra en el fondo del valle, para el acceso hay que bajar uno de los dos puertos. Pero el hotel está en la plaza, así que la ubicación del hotel es muy buena.

El edificio es muy bonito y se pasa muy bien en el hotel. No lo he dado la mejor nota por el falta de detalles, en la habitación superior no hay sillón, no hay luz en en techo, el baño es sin más, no tienes donde poner el jabón, no está el número para la recepción marcada en el teléfono, un cojin más en la cama? Son cositas que podrían mejorar porque está eso descuidado, aún así no me arrepiento de haber ido pero si quieren cobrar unos 105euros deberían mejorar, y si no bajar el precio un pelin. El peublo es divertido, y el parque nacional a 20 min en coche es espectacular.

Good stop over on the way to Bilboa

Really enjoyed our one night stay on the way to catch the ferry from Bilboa . It was a Mid week late October so most of the restaurants in Orduna were shut. We ate in the hotel dining room and were delighted with the quality of the food., in particular the steak with Roquefort sauce .

MALA RELACION CALIDAD/PRECIO

Lo primero sorprendente es que en un hotel de cuatro estrellas unas estanterías con una cortinilla hagan la función de armario. La iluminación tanto de la habitación como de la zona de aseo es muy escasa. Las paredes son de pladur por lo que de insonorización ni hablar, además una de las noches la cama comenzó a temblar tanto que creo que se elevó del suelo, en un principio pensamos que se trataba de un terremoto, pero después supusimos que podría ser porque en alguna habitación habían activado la bañera jacuzzi. El suelo de la habitación es de moqueta, poco higiénica. En su favor hay que decir que las toallas son de excelente calidad, pero si las dejas colgadas no te las cambian, a nosotros hasta el cuarto día que ya las descolgué no las cambiaron. Los detalles de bienvenida están bien, pero nos tuvieron con 1 tubito de champú y gel y un jaboncito cuatro días, menos mal que siempre llevo de repuesto. La zona de la ducha no tiene puerta, por lo que si vas en pareja bien, pero si vas con amigos o familiares, o si entra alguien de limpieza por descuido, la intimidad es nula. El desayuno es correcto. El personal muy amable. Nos llamó la atención que el/la recepcionista también atendía el bar/cafetería por lo que no sé en un momento de mayor afluencia de clientes qué hubieran hecho. En fin, la relación calidad/precio (en nuestro caso103€ A/D, sin opción a balneario) es mala.
