“The pool was closed half of our stay. Ice machines were broken. Asked to have our room cleaned and fresh towels brought to our room-never happened. Called again and asked for towels to be brought up, they said I could come to front desk and get them, but they weren’t bringing them up. Went to get towels and asked why room wasn’t cleaned and towels brought up and I was actually told that if I didn’t like it, I could stay somewhere else! I couldn’t believe my ears! Terrible place to stay!”

“They wasted 1:30 hours of my time as i went back and forth with them and expedia (who I give 1 star for customer service) before finally giving me a room. I have a service dog and they refused to allow me access with him because they said they had no more pet rooms. I explained, as they should have known, that a service dog is not a pet by Federal Law, but it took a ridiculous amount of time before they finally granted me a room. It was midnight and my other options were non-existent. I called...

“Location was convenient to family event that we came in for. Very nice area surrounding the hotel. Lots of choices for food. Only real issue was the luggage carts(3). Were never being brought back so others could use them. Maybe put a tag(phone) on them so they can be located and returned so others may benefit. Otherwise , great place. Great staff.”

“Conveniently located near the freeway for easy off and on access. Decent rates and was completely booked due to a baseball tournament. Room was clean and the air conditioning definitely works. The daily breakfast which is included was very good with a nice selection of standard breakfast foods.”
