This is the second time I’ve stayed at this hotel and I greatly enjoy it. It is the hotel that I will always stay at when visiting Universal Studios in Orlando. The staff is friendly. The rooms are clean and so nice to use. Parking is simple. The pool and the rooftop view is gorgeous. The absolute place to stay.

Overall great location. The bed was wonderful. However, the floors were really dirty . I'm glad I had my cleaning supplies. This roof top was quite amd not many guest . The view was nice . I personally wouldn't stay at this location again .

I truly enjoyed my stay! The bed was super comfy and the view from the rooftop bar was amazing. The hotel is close to Universal and there are plenty of food options within walking distance. I would definitely come back!

Housekeepers were amazing. I would suggest adding a safe in the rooms for both domestic and international travelers for their personal items. The parking lot is not big enough to accommodate valet for surrounding restaurants. Hotel guest should get top priority. WiFi could have been stronger. Overall, a great location for a stay.
