Had to call to have to shower fix couldn't take a shower. AC barely worked hard to keep it on 68 to keep it cool in the room. The power box to charge your phone did not work. The fan in the bathroom did not work. The refrigerator barely kept our drinks cool. The complimentary breakfast was horrible water down milk and water down juice. The same thing every morning. Green orange, stailed cereal ,green sausage & rubbery eggs. Have stayed at confident Hotel before that offered a breakfast 1,000% better than what they do. The room was clean the bed was better than what it was last time we stayed. But half the beds are broken down very uncomfortable to sleep in. Trying to gather our stuff to leave and had house keeping chasing us asking us when we were leaving. It wasn't even check out time yet. Had to pay for parking was not aware of that when paid for the room. Didn't seem like they had use that room in quite a long time. Half the staff couldn't understand you did not speak English and was very short and rude. The staff member that was taking care of the pool area kept it very clean and keep it organized. Had an issue and he took care of it very quickly. Don't know if I would stay there again very questionable.
